Need help with your eBook?

If you are new to eBooks, you may need some help setting up your first eBook. If you have an Apple or Android phone/tablet, a Windows computer or an Apple computer, the basic process is the same. Follow the steps below to get your eBook onto your device.

  1. Download Book - After you have purchased the book, you will be redirected to the download screen. Click on the “Download” link. You will also be sent an email with the download link, we recommend saving this email so you can redownload if you need to do so in the future.
  1. Default App - Your device will ask you what program you would like to open the downloaded file in. The default eBook apps are:

Select your default app and click “OPEN” and it will take you right into your new book.  If you have ‘syncing’ setup on your device, you will be able to save your progress and your book will also appear on your other devices that are synced to each other. 

Now that you have loaded your new book, you can flip through the pages just like a paperback. However, if you need further help here are some helpful resources.
